Ingredients
- 1 red onion large, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 cups chickpeas can, drained
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 7/8 tablespoons Flora Original 11/2oz, pro.activ Light
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin each, and ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt
- black pepper
Method
- Place the onion on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in preheated oven 200 C, 180 C fan, gas mark 6 for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a rough puree. Season to taste and turn into a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to give the flavours a chance to develop.
- Serve on toasted bread.
