Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Method
- Dry pumpkin seeds thoroughly, air drying two hours or so. Toss the seeds with butter and salt and spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
