Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pork tenderloin (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- Pam spray
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
Method
- Rinse meat, pat dry and rub with garlic cloves.
- Mix in bowl the sage, marjoram and salt.
- Sprinkle mixture onto all sides of meat.
- Place fat side up on top of racks sprayed with Pam in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 60 to 70 minutes.
- Slice into thin pieces.
- Serves 4.
