- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. cornflakes, slightly crushed
Method
- Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, cheese, soup, salt, pepper and half of margarine.
- Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix cornflakes and remaining margarine and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
