Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- paprika to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Top with cheese and paprika. Bake in moderate oven until bubbly and cheese has melted.
- Based on 6 servings: 268 calories per serving; 10 g. fat; 555 mg. sodium; 91 mg. cholesterol.
