Ingredients
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium/high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Turn heat to low and cook until rice is softened, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Blend beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of milk in small bowl.
- Pour into Rice Pudding; blend well.
- Pour in serving dish and chill before serving.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
