Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 4 slices onion
- 4 Tbsp. uncooked rice, washed and drained
- 1 tsp. sage
- 2 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
Method
- Sprinkle pork chops with flour, salt and pepper;
- brown in fat.
- Place chops in casserole dish.
- On top of each pork chop place 1 slice onion and 1 tsp. rice.
- Season with salt and pepper and sage.
- Pour tomatoes over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
