Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. regular long grain rice
- 1/4 medium bell pepper *
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried sage, crushed
- 2 tsp. snipped parsley

- *Bell peppers can be any color, but should be cut into 1-inch julienne strips.
