Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 2 small or 1 large apricot jello
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Mix pineapple and jello and bring to a full boil, then cool completely.
- When cool, add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
- Pour in glass 12 x 9-inch dish and refrigerate until set.
