Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 small jar mushrooms
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- In a 5-quart pan, saute onion and celery in portion of butter.
- Add soup, Cheez Whiz, mushrooms and remaining butter.
- Add 3 cups of cooked rice and broccoli (drained).
- Pour into greased casserole and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
