Ingredients
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. each lime, lemon, orange and cherry Jell-O
Method
- Let plain gelatin soften in cold water.
- Boil milk with sugar. Add gelatin; let cool a little and add vanilla and sour cream. Beat well and keep warm.
- Take each package of Jell-O and mix with 1 1/2 cups hot water.
- Put 1 cup sour cream mixture between Jell-O. Let set after each layer until jelled.
- Makes 1 glass dish (9 1/2 x 14-inch).
