Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb, diced
- 1 c. pineapple, drained
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. sifted flour
Method
- Mix rhubarb and pineapple together.
- Mix flour and sugar.
- Add to mixture; put into pie shell.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
- Dot on top of pie before putting on top pie crust.
- Bake in 400° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Put pineapple in to drain while cutting up rhubarb.
