Ingredients
- 3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Method
- Drain rhubarb after you barely heat it.
- Add butter.
- Stir sugar, flour and eggs together.
- Pour over rhubarb that you have placed in an uncooked crust.
- Bake slow.
- Don't forget to sprinkle some flour on crust before you put rhubarb in the crust.
- Bake at 350°.
