Ingredients
- 5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients in kettle.
- Place over low heat until sugar is dissolved or until fruit is clear.
- Take off of heat. Add dry Jell-O.
- Can or freeze.
