Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce plus 2 cans water
- 2 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
- 1 c. Pace medium to hot picante sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown beef with diced onion, then drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
- Place a piece of fry bread on a plate.
- Layer with chili, cooked pinto beans, lettuce, onion, tomato, grated cheese, picante sauce (your choice, mild, hot, medium).
