Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce plus 2 cans water
  • 2 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
  • 1 c. Pace medium to hot picante sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Brown beef with diced onion, then drain.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
  • Place a piece of fry bread on a plate.
  • Layer with chili, cooked pinto beans, lettuce, onion, tomato, grated cheese, picante sauce (your choice, mild, hot, medium).
