Ingredients

  • 4 c. rhubarb, washed
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 large marshmallows (or equivalent in mini marshmallows)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs

Method

  • When making a pie, any leftover dough can be rolled out (like pie).
  • Spread softened butter or oleo on.
  • Then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to cover completely.
  • Roll into a log and cut in about 1-inch length.
  • Place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Cook at 325° until outside is a little hard.
  • Could take about 40 minutes, depending on which oven rack you cook them on.
