Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 14 cup minced onion
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup finely ground dried shrimp
  • 2 cups rice, prepared and cooled
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • cooked meat (optional)
  • vegetables (optional)

Method

  • fry onions with butter till fragrant.remove onions and fry dried shrimps till fragrant.
  • add rice,onions and stir well.
  • add meat,vegetables and fry.
  • add in soy sauce and ground dried prawns.
  • stir till rice is uniform coloured.
  • add in scrambled eggs.
  • serve.
