Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 14 cup minced onion
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup finely ground dried shrimp
- 2 cups rice, prepared and cooled
- 2 scrambled eggs
- cooked meat (optional)
- vegetables (optional)
Method
- fry onions with butter till fragrant.remove onions and fry dried shrimps till fragrant.
- add rice,onions and stir well.
- add meat,vegetables and fry.
- add in soy sauce and ground dried prawns.
- stir till rice is uniform coloured.
- add in scrambled eggs.
- serve.
