Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. fresh sliced rhubarb
Method
- Blend first four ingredients; add rhubarb and eggs and pour over rhubarb in pie shell.
- Top with pastry cover.
- Bake 10 minutes at 450° and 30 minutes at 350°.
