Ingredients
- 1/2 C. shortening
- 1 C. white sugar
- 1 C. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking soda in 1 C. sour milk
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. rhubarb, cut very fine
Method
- Cream sugars and shortening; add egg and beat.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk.
- Add rhubarb.
