Ingredients
- 5 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry jello
Method
- Place chopped rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased pan.
- Mix jello and sugar; sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Now, put a layer of marshmallows over this.
- Mix yellow cake by the directions on box.
- Pour this over all ingredients in pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- This is very easy and very, very good!
