Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft fat-free)
- 8 oz. sour cream (low-fat)
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Cook peeled potatoes until tender and drain.
- Mash until smooth, adding remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate.
