Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. onion salt (very important)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook, drain and mash potatoes.
- Add cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and butter.
- Beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Refrigerate or bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Makes 8 cups.
