Ingredients
- 8 c. sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. dill flakes
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Mix salt with cucumbers and let stand while mixing syrup to make syrup.
- Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed and dill flakes together and bring to boil.
- Pour over cucumbers immediately then cool.
- Refrigerate.
- Keeps up to 6 months.
