Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Mix wet together, then combine with dry.
  • Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator covered tightly.
  • I use a Tupperware container in the refrigerator to keep some already baked and then put them in the microwave for 30 seconds on High to heat up for breakfast.
