Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet together, then combine with dry.
- Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator covered tightly.
- I use a Tupperware container in the refrigerator to keep some already baked and then put them in the microwave for 30 seconds on High to heat up for breakfast.
