Ingredients
- 1/4 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 generous amount Canned corn
- 4 pieces Sliced ham
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Method
- Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
- You can also slice it with a knife; thinner slices would better absorb the seasoning.
- Slice the ham into thin strips.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Combine the Chinese cabbage, ham, and drained corn into a bowl, and toss with the mixture of the ingredients.
- That's it!
- It's ready to serve.
- This cole slaw tastes great served right away, but if you let it sit for about 30 minutes, the flavors nicely meld together.
