Ingredients

  • 1/4 head Chinese cabbage
  • 1 generous amount Canned corn
  • 4 pieces Sliced ham
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
  • You can also slice it with a knife; thinner slices would better absorb the seasoning.
  • Slice the ham into thin strips.
  • Combine the ingredients.
  • Combine the Chinese cabbage, ham, and drained corn into a bowl, and toss with the mixture of the ingredients.
  • That's it!
  • It's ready to serve.
  • This cole slaw tastes great served right away, but if you let it sit for about 30 minutes, the flavors nicely meld together.
