Ingredients
- 1/4 c. graham crumbs
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Low-Fat cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz.) Low-Fat Eagle Brand milk
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with Pam.
- Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of pan.
- In a mixing bowl. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
- Add egg whites, lemon juice and orange rind.
- Mix well, pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
- Chill.
