Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. graham crumbs
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) Low-Fat cream cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Low-Fat Eagle Brand milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Spray bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan with Pam.
  • Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of pan.
  • In a mixing bowl. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
  • Add egg whites, lemon juice and orange rind.
  • Mix well, pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
  • Chill.
