Ingredients
- 3 slices Bacon, finely chopped
- 2 c. Tomatoes (cooked or canned)
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 4 c. Dry Baby Lima Beans (2 c. uncooked)
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
Method
- Fry chopped bacon, remove from pan.
- Put remaining ingredients into fat; simmer for 25 minutes, or until thickened. Sprinkle beans with bacon before serving.
