- 1/2 can redi-burger (vegetable protein)
- 1/2 lb. tofu
- 1 c. ground pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground rosemary
Method
- Put into food processor or mash Redi-burger and tofu; blend until it is mixed together.
- Place in mixing bowl with the other ingredients.
- Mix well with fork or spoon.
- Bake in baking dish 40 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 8.
