Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. pure Key lime juice
- 2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker crust (8 oz.)
Method
- Drain the pineapple. Combine cream cheese and milk, then add the Key lime juice; blend well. Stir in pineapple. Pour into shell and chill 1 hour.
