Ingredients
- 3 lb. stew beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can whole mushrooms (4 1/2 oz. size)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 c. red wine
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 250° for 6 hours in a covered casserole.
- Serve over wild rice.
