Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 2 each bay leaves
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
- Add steaks to dish.
- Marinade 1-2 hrs, turning the steaks over several times.
- Discard marinade after grilling steaks.
