Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 1/2 c. cayenne pepper sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • In a large skillet, cook the meat, pepper and onion until the meat is browned.
  • Drain. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Makes 6 servings.
