Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French baguette bread, sliced.
  • 1 lb salami, sliced. (or summer sausage)
  • 1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, slice. (or the cheese of yours choice)
  • 1 Mustard of your choice.

Method

  • Set grill up for Direct Heat.
  • Toast sliced baguette bread directly of the fire.
  • Only a minute or 2 per side.
  • Place sliced salami directly over the fire.
  • And cook 2 or 3 minutes.
  • After some nice grill marks, Flip the salami and add a slice of cheese.
  • Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the salami and cheese and place on toasted baguette.
  • Give your guess a variety of mustards.
  • And this will be a hit of your next party.
