Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French baguette bread, sliced.
- 1 lb salami, sliced. (or summer sausage)
- 1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, slice. (or the cheese of yours choice)
- 1 Mustard of your choice.
Method
- Set grill up for Direct Heat.
- Toast sliced baguette bread directly of the fire.
- Only a minute or 2 per side.
- Place sliced salami directly over the fire.
- And cook 2 or 3 minutes.
- After some nice grill marks, Flip the salami and add a slice of cheese.
- Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the salami and cheese and place on toasted baguette.
- Give your guess a variety of mustards.
- And this will be a hit of your next party.
