Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced,i use hillshire hot links
- 4 (16 ounce) cans pink beans, drained and rinsed i use goya beans
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch rosemary, crumbled
- 1/8 cup liquid smoke
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
Method
- Mix all ingredients well in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove bay leaf.
- Serve with steamed rice with hot sauce on the side.
