Ingredients
- 100 grams Silken tofu
- 100 grams Rice flour
- 25 grams Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Oil for deep frying (as needed)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a plastic bag and mix.
- Form the dough into small balls using 2 spoons, and plop them into the oil heated to 170C to deep fry.
- They are ready when golden brown.
