- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles
- 5 to 8 oz. sliced almonds
- 1 oz. sesame seed
- 2 lb. bok choy with tops, shredded
- 5 green onions with tops, sliced thinly
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar or 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Mix margarine, sugar, noodles, almonds and sesame seed together in a skillet on low heat until all the noodles are thoroughly covered.
- Cool.
