Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (approximately 3 cloves)
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 (14 to 16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 or more (to taste) tsp. cilantro
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large Tbsp. dried parsley
- black pepper
- nacho chips
Method
- Put garlic and jalapeno peppers in blender with juice from 2 cans whole tomatoes.
- Blend briefly!
- Do not blend to a puree. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and cilantro.
- Blend briefly.
- Add onion.
- Blend very briefly.
- Chop up whole tomatoes in can with knife.
- Add tomatoes to blender.
- Add 1 large tablespoon of parsley to blender.
- Add black pepper to taste (optional).
- Blend for 50 milliseconds (less than a second).
- Serve with nacho chips.
