Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. garlic (approximately 3 cloves)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 (14 to 16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 or more (to taste) tsp. cilantro
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large Tbsp. dried parsley
  • black pepper
  • nacho chips

Method

  • Put garlic and jalapeno peppers in blender with juice from 2 cans whole tomatoes.
  • Blend briefly!
  • Do not blend to a puree. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and cilantro.
  • Blend briefly.
  • Add onion.
  • Blend very briefly.
  • Chop up whole tomatoes in can with knife.
  • Add tomatoes to blender.
  • Add 1 large tablespoon of parsley to blender.
  • Add black pepper to taste (optional).
  • Blend for 50 milliseconds (less than a second).
  • Serve with nacho chips.
