Ingredients
- 8 oz. can sour cream or fresh sour cream
- 28 to 30 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 20 oz. box frozen breaded ravioli (deep fried)
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen or 40 oz. can ravioli
- broccoli spears, thawed
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
- Mix sour cream with spaghetti sauce.
- Add to ravioli (fried or canned).
- Cut thawed broccoli spears lengthwise.
- Place layer of spears on bottom of lightly oiled 13-inch oblong pan (save some for garnish).
- Pour ravioli
- mixture over broccoli.
- Garnish with remaining broccoli.
- Sprinkle 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese over all.
- Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
- Serves 4.
