Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can sour cream or fresh sour cream
  • 28 to 30 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 20 oz. box frozen breaded ravioli (deep fried)
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen or 40 oz. can ravioli
  • broccoli spears, thawed
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  • Mix sour cream with spaghetti sauce.
  • Add to ravioli (fried or canned).
  • Cut thawed broccoli spears lengthwise.
  • Place layer of spears on bottom of lightly oiled 13-inch oblong pan (save some for garnish).
  • Pour ravioli
  • mixture over broccoli.
  • Garnish with remaining broccoli.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese over all.
  • Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serves 4.
