Ingredients
- raspberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Method
- Mix raspberries in maple syrup on stovetop. Low to low medium heat until raspberries have relaxed and are falling apart. Let cool. You can either use at this point or puree in food processor.
- Sometimes I add a little lemon zest in the end.
