Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/4 cup Orange juice (with or without pulp)
  • 1/2 lemon's worth of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey

Method

  • Take raspberries and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Combine raspberry pulp, orange juice, honey and lemon juice in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer mixture until the sauce is slightly thick.
  • Pour sauce through a strainer to separate the seeds.
  • Serve warm or cold!
