Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 1/4 cup Orange juice (with or without pulp)
- 1/2 lemon's worth of lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
Method
- Take raspberries and blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Combine raspberry pulp, orange juice, honey and lemon juice in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer mixture until the sauce is slightly thick.
- Pour sauce through a strainer to separate the seeds.
- Serve warm or cold!
