Ingredients
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Mix brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch over low heat.
- Slowly stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups sauce.
