Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. dry raisins
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add raisins and cook uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until plump and tender.
- Remove from heat.
