Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 c. raisins
- pc of butter the size of egg
Method
- Make 2 crusts; put one crust in the pan and put in filling and cover with other crust. Punch 3-4 wholes into top crust with fork, dot top crust with butter dots the size of a pea, sprinkle lightly with sugar and bake 30-35 min at 400°.
