Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
Method
- Mix with mixer until blended.
- Add 1 cup chopped nuts.
- Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
- Can also be served as cake with whipped cream.
