Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, soda and salt.
- Add eggs, cooking oil and buttermilk.
- Mix ingredients well with electric mixer.
- Hand stir in Raisin Bran.
- Fill muffin pan and bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Remainder of mixture can be stored in refrigerator in covered container.
