Ingredients
- 2 c. warm milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Method
- Add 3 cups flour to first 5 ingredients and dry yeast.
- Mix and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Next, work in rest of flour.
- Let this stand for 2 hours.
- After they are in pans, rest the dough again for 1/2 hour.
- Bake bread 45 minutes to an hour in a 350° oven; bake rolls 20 minutes.
- Doughnuts can also be made of this dough.
