Ingredients

  • 800g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig coriander, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and black pepper

Method

To make the marinade and sauce, place the oil, cumin, garlic and coriander in a large bowl. Add the lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper, mix well. Reserve some for the sauce.

Cut the chicken into 2.5cm dice and marinate in the refrigerator for two to three hours. Drain the chicken pieces and thread onto skewers. Cook the skewers on a barbecue or in a 180-degree oven for 10 minutes, turning so the meat is well browned on all sides.

Pour the reserved sauce over the meat skewers. Serve hot.
