Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves, slivered
- 2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
- salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Coat jelly roll pan with oil; add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Toss to coat.
- Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once 1/2 way through.
- Makes 4 servings.
