Ingredients
- 1 rabbit
- 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 1 can carrots
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- biscuits
Method
- Soak rabbit overnight in salted water.
- Cook and bone rabbit. Combine peas, carrots and potatoes in large dish.
- Add rabbit, salt and pepper.
- Roll dough in 9 x 9-inch pan.
- Pour in mixture and cover with dough.
- Brush with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
