Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tsp. oil
- 4 lb. chuck, cubed
- 1/2 c. Burgundy
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. water
Method
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Brown meat and place in a casserole with all other ingredients.
- Bake for 1 hour in a 325° oven.
- Lower the temperature to 300° and bake for 2 hours.
- Garnish with: green pepper, green onion, chopped tomato and sour cream.
